I grew my practice in Hackney, North East London over the past 15 years. Now I’m partly based in Barbados and am, for the time being, working exclusively online. The essence of my work is pretty simple: a private and confidential space to talk with someone committed to making space for you. I think of it as reflective space - meaning you can talk freely and thoughtfully about what matters, in the presence of an attentive and engaged witness. Sometimes that is plenty.
